what are your most memorable lines in a video game?

i have two pretty random ones:

1) the first is the former prostitute chick in The Getaway when she tells the the main chracter in the first part. "Get serious". i guess i was feeling lazy and playing the game when she said it so it stuck with me.

2) the second is by mexican guys smoking blunts on the street in Garcia in GTA: San Andrea's San Fierro. they say "That's all that I needed." after taking a fat hit. i use this line all the time now.

One who knows nothing...can understand nothing.
-Ansem

And another cool but not cool because of the line but because the character is cool.

I am becoming less human.

Ofcourse Metal Gear Solid has brought forth many memorable quotes, but my favorite would have to be one from Final Fantasy X's Auron:

"Now! This is it! Now is the time to choose! Die and be free of pain or live and fight your sorrow! Now is the time to shape your stories! Your fate is in your hands!"

It was the moment before a very important battle in the story line. When Auron said that, I really got a massive boost and won the fight.

For those of you having never played Final Fantasy X, this is Auron. One of my all time favorite game characters.

Damn, I miss Final Fantasy X. The story, the atmosphere, the voice acting, the characters, the environment. FFX pwns joo.

Colonel Blair: Space Marshall Tolwyn believes our victory over the Kilrathi to be a fluke, that we as a race need tinkering with, engineering. If a few billion die along the way, WELL they weren't worthy anyway! Why CAN'T we be more like the Kilrathi, ADDICTED to conflict, the ONLY MEANING IN LIFE being found in death, TELL US ALL, Admiral! Is THAT the Price of Freedom?

quote:
Colonel Blair: Hey, look on the bright side - now you don't have to deal with that Confed promotion that finally came through!
Maniac: My promotion came through? My promotion came through! (beat) Confed, wait, that's not... right...

Both from Wing Commander 4, one of the best games ever made

I use this line often as my motto. Grim Fandango, best game ever!

How about the first Resident Evil, Jill fights a purple snake that's about the size of the whole freakin house. And then she beats the snake.. The snake sort of dries out on the floor and the whole floor is a smoking pile of "purplesnake", Barry walks in and asks:
JILL!! HAVE YOU FOUND ANYTHING INTERESTING YET!!?
