[trance - I think] Beating Forest (faded) [192 Kbps]

Hello everyone!

I just finished a track I've been working on for a bit and finally finished it today. It fades about every 40 seconds due to a demo mastering plugin I'm using - Izotope's Ozone. My attempt at mastering in comparison was a joke.

I'm not too sure this would classify as Trance - especially in the general sense. Help me place this in a genre. I had the idea of a fantasy style of trance, but I would like to know if you agree....

Enjoy

Tools I used for this song:

Cakewalk Home Studio 4 XL
Cakewalk Rapture
Native Instruments Battery 2
SFZ player (for piano)
CamelSpace plugin
multiple EQ/compression plugins
Mastering plugin - Izotope's Ozone (demo)

i've stopped putting genres. it's stupid and pointless. and usually misleading anyway. we all know the site is called tranceaddicts and we know why we're here. nuff said. i never really trust someone who wants everything pigeonholed and catalogued before they listen. they don't have open ears or a spirit of adventure anyway.

very smooth and laid back. nice soft paddling melody. very chill. i enjoyed it. thanks for sharing. great sound quality. but you would expect this with your quiver.

Yeah, you are so right!!! I guess since I'm new to writing this stuff (been a listener for years now), I just wasn't sure where I fit in. But, you make a good point. I'm just going to do my 'thang' and enjoy it.

Thanks for listening!!
