The First Album you Ever Bought
I'm sure we all have very fond memories of the very first Album that you bought. This was way back in they day when you hardly knew what music was. Before you discovered trance, heck b4 you discovered a lot of things.
Mine was "Invisible Touch" by Genesis. The year was 1986 and I was 8 years old. The song "In too Deep" was getting mega air time on the radio so I begged my mom to take me to the record store. The problem was neither of us had any idea as to who it was by. As a result I had to sing the song for the sales guy. He prompyly fetched me my tape and history was made. Man, I played that tape forver, memorizing every song. I still pop that tape in every once in a while, still enjoying it almost as much as the first day.
So whats your story?
how can you remeber>

"be a joyrider!", c'mon, admit it, you liked them too!

this is like asking "when was the first time you learned to tie your shoes" there are things in my life that I simply can't remember, and this my friend, is one of them.

Prodigy - The Fat of the Land,
still love it
i've never boaught an album in my life..
tho.. for some odd reason.. i have over 2000 songs.. hmm
i wonder how i did that

My first album was Robert Miles - Dreamland. Children was getting played pretty heavily back in the spring and summer of 1996 and was number 70 on that year's New Year's Eve countdown for Q102 (local FM radio station, 102.1). Why number 70, you asked? Simple, only those who like Trance, Techno, Jazz, SOME Pop would like it! Others obviously were bigger hits that year (like "Macarena" (I know I botched up that spelling!)! That was my first album... I still listen to it every now and then and still love it!
hey!
