My gf had a car crash yesterday. She woke from coma few hours ago. I just hope shes gonna survive.

All you can do at this moment is stay with her and stay positive. A friend of mine, his gf was in a car crash and he felt helpless that he couldn't do anything....so he went down to the hospital and gave blood. It might not necessarily help your gf....but it might save the life of someone elses....just a thought.

If its okay to ask....what kind of condition is she in? There are some TA's with medical backgrounds that may be able to tell you information.

In reality, your blood to go to an average of about 10 people!

Unless you take meds, then they often won't take your blood.

Or are too thin, have been recently ill or have diseases that could pass through blood (genetic or not). Half of the Americans basically can't give blood.

Car crashed her and she got severe injuries on head. She was in coma for about 5 hours, now shes still unconsciousness. No news, she lost a lot of blood. I just hope everything turns out okay.

Then again, hospitals all over the country have had shortage in donated blood for a few years now. Pre-9/11 and the entire RUSH-OUT-TO-RED-CROSS-TO-DONATE-ANY-POSSIBLE-BODILY-FLUIDS-YOU-CAN shtick.
