what is the actual benefit of doing this?

what price do you actually get in for other than 'a discount'. i want a real figure

the price i usually pay is �12 to get in, and i don't usually have to queue as i get there early. 5 mins queue tops.

To be honest I don't know. It's a couple of quid off I think and you get garaunteed entry and access to Room 4 which I'm not sure you normally get.

it just seems strange that everytime an event is posted by someone playing the venue they always promote the guestlist idea and never seem to know the exact figures. i'm pretty sure its just either a way to get our details to spam us for further events, or you must get a cut for the amount of people you get in

The reason we're offering our guestlist out is that we arrange a guestlist, that guestlist is then used as a measure of whether or not our DJs are able to pull in extra numbers into the club and whether or not we can make a sucess of room 4.

Based on that we may or may not get a chance to do this again. It'd be great for people to come down and support us but I doubt I know you and wouldn't expect you to come down for us. Instead if you like the look of the line-up and are considering going, it makes life easier for you (you don't need to buy a ticket), and we have a better chance of making a go of it.

heh, if i had any mates down in the big smoke who weren't being lame i'd be down in a shot. really could do with a good night out, haven't had a good one in the UK for a while, Newcastle is a bit barren + trying to incite your 40yr old workmates into throwing shapes can be quite a challenge.
