So Wicked Neo officially resigned entirely?

His name is off the mods list in all the forums as far as I can tell. I haven't seen him post in a while. Direct me to the thread it's been mentioned and I'll lock and/or delete this one.

So what's the deal? Has he entirely left TA after the Nou incident? Can people start campaigning wrecklessly for the new position even though we know Swamper won't pick us?
