the boondocks is without a doubt one of the best cartoons i've seen in years
watched the first episode, then in the next two days watched the entire rest of the season
absolutely fucking hilarious, and with actual valid commentary thats not just some writer criticizing society because its trendy

i'd highly recommend the comics too

the black cop from reno 911 (Cedric Yarbrough) is the lawyer/jasmine's father

regina king is the voice of huey & riley

sameul l jackson has a character (a white guy ) who is in a few episodes

and mike epps (next friday, friday after next) is in one too

I just finished the whole series, i have to say Ruckus was my fave character. he flipped the whole black man hating on white people thing on it's head.

when he went off on one of his white man loving rants it always made me laugh

i recognized the samuel l jackson voice straight away, from a white guy! i also loved the little references thrown in from other movies, especially the friday films.

bring on the next season!
