I can relate to that! I tried to cancel my AOL dial up 2 years ago, and I ending up getting their broadband...lol still on it.

Wow, talk about determination from the AOL guy...but still i would have really lost my patience with him...

The thing is its probably fake, i mean 1: why was it recorded? Vincent wouldnt have recorded it because he didnt expect it to be so difficult. AOL may have recorded it for training purposes but then 2: Why would AOL release this to the public if they did record it?
