REVIEW REIN DE VRIES - HIRAJIRO - BY STUART MILLER
Tastemaker Stuart Miller from Deviant DJ's has made the following review from Rein De Vries - Hirajiro: Speaker-crunching trancers don't come much bigger than 'Hirajiro'. This is a new signing for the Banshee imprint Green Martian and comes courtesy of Rein De Vries, a new Dutch producer bringing his first Bonzai production to clubs across the globe with 'Hirajiro', which has three remixes as part of the package. Nick Thompson and Lancton turn in well produced rerubs but the one in my chart is the Feel mix. This mix is a rolling, peak-time euphoric affair with kick drums that punch right through to the fore, a gyrating bassline and a super high energy synth lead that will have the lasers struggling to keep up. Smart arrangement means that clubbers are given just enough time to catch their breath before each 'moment' as it were, with clever kick patterns teasing the choruses in. I cannot wait to play this one out again and is in my opinion one of the best trance tracks I have heard this year. I wouldn't expect any less from Bonzai, and will certainly be keeping my ear to the ground for more from newly instated trance maestro De Vries. Not much more to say on this one. An awesome record!

i like what nick thompson did with it, he changed his style and made a good and steady remix out of this track.

You forgot to mention the "Original Mix" of Hirajiro...

I think its a really good release with these 5 different mixes!

Cheers,
S-Tune
