If you dont own this mixer please dont reply.
PCV-175 owners: When you put a Cue in your headphones, and you change the Equalizer frequencies, do you hear the change in the bass/treble?
I Dont hear them and I think it might be my headphones [Sony MDR-CD60]
So please help.

The EQ on the PVC-175 (or any vestax mixers, I believe) is post-cue, meaning that the sound you hear through your headphones is not affected by the EQ. Depending on your personal preference this can be either a very good or a very bad thing. I personally like the way Vestax EQs work. The whole thing has nothing to do with your headphones though.

And ... umm oops I don't own that mixer. So please ignore this post.

But the PCV-275 has that function.
I Agree with what you say
but dont you think it will be better with the EQ in your headphones ?
because you will be able to monitor the sound and keep the beat at the same time..

some do. the pmc 15 mk2 does, but the pmc 170a does not. I am like skywarp in that the eq thru headphones or lack thereof doesnt bother me at all.
