Don't drink anything too cold too fast, that can be just as bad.

You're more likely surferring from heat exhaustion or dehydration. If you were experiencing heat stroke you wouldn't be sitting around posting on the computer. You should drink some room temp gatorade to replace your electrolytes and help to rehydrate you. If you start feeling nauseous, begin cramping, or throwing up you should seek medical assistance.

It was heat stroke. I had a siezure, and I doubt it was triggered by dehydration or heat exhaustion. The funny thing is my dogs always know when I am having a siezure. I'm never aware that I am having one.

And the only reason I was on the comp, was because I was looking for symptoms and treatments for what was wrong with me (Found out it was heat stroke). The internet does wonders. Had enough time to post on TA.

Now I know to bring water.

I was like 11 years old and I was at the dragstrip selling pictures. No trees/shade anywhere and the track temp was about 150*F and regular temp about 105*f. I wasnt drinking alot of liquids and before I knew it I was shivering like I was cold but sweating like a slave. My coworker had just had a heatstroke and he knew I was in the final stages of being official.

He took me to the ambulance and they put a few icepacks on my back and oxygen. Ever since then I have been sensitive to hot temps.
