try to id this classic track from 1993/4 plz

i'm searching this track for many years with no results.
i have sample that i recording myself,the original voice was much higher and with pitch,that make it sound like little kid sing it.
the genre of the track is german acid/club something like "emmanuel top-turkish bazar"
