the involvement of spielberg/bay assures that this flick will be inferior to the awesome original version.

He's well know for his big fat stupid films. Everytime i watch a Micheal Bay film my IQ reduces by another 2 points (& Ive only got like around 20 left!)

Check out this really cool on the set picture of Bumblebee in robot form.

Bumblebee is supposed to be a Volkswagon, But since VW didn't wanted to be a part of the movie, They made Bumblebee into a 2008 Camaro.

That it is, but BumbleBee a high-powered rear-wheel drive sportscar, when he's supposed to be a low-powered front-wheel economy car? VW are morons, plain and simple. The reason why VW didn't wanted there car to be a part of the movie is cause they don't want there vehicles involved with toys that are associated with war.

So what's to stop General Motors for saying the same about the usage of their Camaro?

After that went down, GM made a deal to promote there new 2008 Camara in the movie, Therefore Bumblebee will become a 2008 Camaro. Based on what I read on the set reports and such, Bumblebee will start out as a 1970s Camero and then gets rebuilt as a 2008/2009 Camaro. Check out this page here, There are a ton of on set photos with lots of the vehicles that are being used, Like this new Ford Mustang thats a police car and its actually a Decepticon. On that car It has the phrase, "To Punish And Enslave.."

well thats sort of following the original story line.. persoaly i hated bumblebee's car reformation in the cartoon.. but its good that they do this.. i preffed to see him as a volkswagon though

i think thats suppose to be megatron in the trailer
