Memorization

I won a raffle a while ago, but my parents said that I had to learn 1100 vocabulary words from a book they got me before I could have the $$$. Any of you guys have any good memorization techniques?

They think it will help with the SATS/College admissions stuff. Their theory is that I'll be a better person for knowing them.

just break up the list into groups of 100 or so...and then just study those words that day...then the next hundred...then the next.

I am not sure exactly how they are gongi to "quiz" me. I am pretty sure they won't dupe me though.

Just make your best attempt, and make it known that you're attempting real hard. That's probably all they are after.

write it over and over and over. got me through electronic fundamentals, microprocessors, basic electricity and electrical equipment. repetition ftmfw.
