Finding the One person for you?

How do you know when you have found the one just for you? How do you know when you are really in that love stage?
I think i have finally found that one perfect person, so i was just wondering about your experiences. Mine happens to be a person i dated 6 years ago and couldnt get her out of my head. Until 2 months ago when we reunited again and found that love again.
