that video was pretty cool, the whole aspect of just making noises from your mouth turn into music that you can just build up on is awesome. the thing that confuses me though, is how its actually done. i understand the connections and everything, but the whole turning vocals into music like he does is confusing me.
ableton live is very nice. i bought this book, 'ableton live 5 power', great book, has taught me much about using live. ive got a few mixes done right now, one of them im thinking about posting here to TA. until then, pm me if you want to hear a copy of my mixes.

conenct mic to midi, open up an Audio channel, under audio from choose "resampling" record watever u do on the mic, and it will loop.
I would take professional midi sounds over some guy blowing into a mic anyday.
