Best intro choons

After seeing the thread asking what an intro this got me thinking, What are your favourite tracks that have a beatless start for starting a mix? Preferably trance, but i will listen to anything!!!

for prog I use two depending on which style I'm going with

Cirque du Soleil - Pokinoi (Sasha Remix)
War of the Worlds - Eve of the War (Tom Middleton Cosmos Remix)

for trance I just use whatever, for tech trance I like
Viframa - Cristalle (Intro Mix)

Usually I just use whatever track, or tracks that i suck at mixing in to

That goes for you too.

I remember at one point or another hearing those tracks from you two in your mixsets. The Eve of the War in a prog house set by T-Nutter and the Le Freak song as a sampled loop in one of Stu's techno set.

I do exactly the same thing. I have to have a great intro track with a beatless start. For me it depends on the theme of my set, but just to throw one out there I'd say:

Faithless - God Is A DJ

Moonman - Galaxia (Ferry Corsten Intro Edit)

hehe, I reckon its probably the best done remix of a theme in quite a while. Its really well put together in my opinion, it sounds so natural unlike many other remixes of themes. And its just a really good track to boot

The other day I started a set with Armin van Buuren - Who is Watching, and as the track ended I went into the Remy & Roland Klinkenberg Remix of the same track.

Worked out very nicely, as the remix provided a nice transition from the first track into getting the beats started. I can post a soundclip if anyone is interested.
