An American TA looking for English speaking TA for Dance Valley

A friend of mine will be going to europe for a vacation in which he will be attending Dance Valley and neither of us know any Dutch. Would anyone here be kind enough to tell him all the info that he needs to know...mainly the info on the details of the event date, parking, times, tickets, etc. etc.
