-- Where did the old trance go?
Where did the old trance go?
I remember back in the "good old days" when Paul van Dyk ruled the
dance scen with old mellow/melodic trance. You know, back in '99
and '00? Now, we only hear the dark, anti-love trance! Emotionless
and pumping hard trance...
Please give my post a chance and pick out an old liveset from 99,
listen it through and you'll see my point when you drop that tear.
"Trance is like an onion, take a deep breath and you'll cry."
(By the way, I believe the new hard and pumping trance can be cool,
but I want the love, not the destructive bass!)
Paul van dyk still owns.........music seems to go in cycles........and ya know what.......
lol
out with the old ..and in with the new and old combined which makes BETTTER!!
So true......even some moments and memories never die.....that is why i keep listening to a mixture of old and new.
all my old trance / old skool , helta skelta techno rave packs were all on tape and the quality is shit , what can i say , still fun music tho
you don't get it! I mean where is the old trance with love in it?
Nowadays all I hear is hate in the music... If I want hate I an go
to hard-house clubs instead!!
old trance stayed in the old times thats why it was called old trance
ok... melodic trance? where did it go?
listen to "Paul Oakenfold - Live @ Queenfields (Sept '99) and you'll
see what I mean...
lol
