hi all, this is my 1st post here,so hello.right i think i have made all the right changes in the preferences box regarding midi and i have the "in" midi cable in the "out" on the keyboard!!
if i pull up a machine and press play and rec in the sequencer i was told i would see it all working but no!! any ideas, sorry about the rubbish description but im in a mad rush.

im begining to think the keyboard midi bit is knackered.

EVERYTHING HAS A TICK NEXT TO IT IN THE PREFERENCES AREA,IT COULD BE A FEW THINGS-THE KEYBOARD IS SECOND HAND AND I DONT KNOW IF THE MIDI BIT IS BROKEN,I HAD TO BUY A NEW SOUND CARD WITH A GAME PORT TO TAKE THE MIDI CABLE AND IM NOT SURE IF THATS OK AND THEN THERE IS USER ERROR AS IM NEW -ISH TO REASON AND NEVER TRYED TO DO THIS B4 ADDED TOGETHER WITH A NEW BABY IN THE HOUSE,MADNESS.ALSO IM THE ONLYONE NEAR ME USING REASON(I THINK)SO MY ONLY OPTION IS THE INTERNET FORUMS.
ANY HELP WOULD B APPRECIATED.

posting the same question more than once will definitely help you get more answers. I think you should try creating 3 or 4 more threads, just be creative with your topic headers. Like: "How can I produce like DJ Sammy" or "How do connect my MIDI to speakers?".

This will definitely help you get more replies. One thread is never enough around here.
