How can make "the voice of God" ?

Hi im try to know how can i make the voice of god ( Danny Talglia - Elements) im using Sound forge 7.0 ??

also i wanna try effects for voices on SF 7

Record your voice and inport into Fruity etc, and then have it lower down the scale so it gets bassy.
Then just put on a slight echo and have some thunder playing in the back ground so it sounds realistic.
You could also add some some strings or a harp in the background.
Well thats what i would do :-)
