Can anyone recommend me some tracks?
im generally new to trance, have only been listening to it for a year, and im finding it hard to get good ones out of hundreds of trance tracks out there, wich most of them are quite bad
im into dreamy softbeat tunes with a great melody accompanied by female vocals
my fave tracks include:
above and beyond - can't sleep
above and beyond - no one on earth
tiesto - just be
tiesto - walking on clouds
moby - procelain
paul van dyk - crush
robert miles - children
can anyone please recommend me some trance that are similar to the ones i mentioned above? thx

what do u use for download? i use ares, it's fast and safe, but not alot people on it listen to trance so i search up the tracks you mentioned and most of the time it come back with no luck
any suggestion for a p2p program great for downloading trnace?

its not like i dont wanna, but its a problem too
you see i live in hong kong and trance or techno isnt really the thing here, in fact go to any major cd stores and you wont find any trance albums on shelves at all
the only option for me to satisfy my trance addction is by downloading
so any suggestion for a good trance dl p2p program?
illegal downloading is sort of like masturbation. we all do it but no one admits or talks about it.
so Im gonna be a hypocrite and suggest LEGALY downloading off beatport

darude - sandstorm
DJ Dean - Its a dream
Ian Van Dahl - I cant let you go
Mike Koglin - Enjoy the Silence (Tekara Mix)
Sunblind - Believe (Nu NRG Mix)
John '00' Fleming - Lost in Emotion
cosmicman - i love you
mauro picotto - komodo (darude mix)
solar stone - seven cities (armin van buuren mix)
i know most dont really have vocals, but you'll like every one of them.
One of the best CD's I can recommend for a noob to teh trance is Matt Hardwick's from Gatecrasher:Resident Transmission boxset.
http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/...glance&n=229816
Couple of vocal tracks and excellent mixing, doesnt get old for me at all. Scott Bond's CD is average and Eddie's doesnt really demonstrate what he is all about live, but Matt's is worth the price alone.
unreleased and livesets downloading is cool.
on beatport a song is 2 bucks.
i think trance releases today might be better and inspire producers to work harder on them if more people paid for them.I receive tons of free and promo stuff, but i wouldnt get them if i paid for nothing.Just pay the 2 bucks and get higher quality.
when you support your favorite producers, you are supporting the growth of the music.Save ares for hip hop crap and emo fag stuff.
DJ Jean - The Launch
Tiesto - The Fly
a good way to find tracks is by viewing track listings from dj's you like (pvd, tiesto, above and beyond, etc) and seeing what kind of stuff they play. you can locate tracks that way and see if you can find them for download. i mainly use beatport, dj download, release records etc... hope this helps ya out.
ATB-ectasy club mix
Crush-Paul van dyk
waters - paul van dyk
For an angel - paul van dyk
