Please, please help ID this track

Guys/gals,

I heard this tune playing in the background of a performance video. Wonder if anyone can ID it? The vocalist sounds familiar. I have recorded the track from source so please forgive any clapping and cheering that goes on. The sample is about 1 minute long, I think thats enough to go on!

It would be greatfully appreciated if someone could help me out!
