SoCal TA Meetup!

no not before MM but just one thats bigger than 5-10 people. where is a good place to meet up? its needs to be somewhat as central as possible. any ideas?

I agree with Ben, haven't had a TA meet up this year like we have in the past! I know clovis you mentioned something about a pool party, is that still going down?

Or as done before, just get a house for a day, last year rudeboy's and before that orbitals and just have a TA lineup with some good vibes!

i mean come on:

(1) a FREE ALL-AGES outdoor party going all day long on one of the nicest late summer days in sf
(2) probably a lot of tas from all over the west coast already committed to going anyway
(3) nothing else is happening in your town that weekend anyway
(4) plenty of time to plan/save up/arrange carpools
(5) we're still 3 months out and so far the EARLY announcements are:

already something there for everyone and promoters are still working on booking djs, filling float line-ups, and setting up pre/afterparties!

I actually had the idea for this last year but never got around to mentioning it. Rather than just a massive Cali meet-up in August or whatever, what about a mini TA shindig the day before the actual parade, before the Love Lee party? I know a bunch of TAs couldn't make it to the meet because they were tired from Love Lee last year, so why not have an even larger meet the day before?

I see it as being the most convenient way to get at least a West Coast meet-up going. Anyone else up for it?

I know there will be a massive meet up there at lovefest(like last year), what I was refering to was a socal TA meetup that we've had every year for the past 2 years. more of a private (yet by no means stoping anyone from comming, we had some unexpected guys asking for hiphop and dancing with TA's as michelle can remember ) , chill environment where we meet others, and have local TA dj lineup etc...

this thread should be called LATA Meetup, not Massive TA Meetup

well i do have access to a club in puente hills if people are interested in driving out there. its in a central location right off the 60. i have it all summer long.
