my current one looks like this:

Oakenfold - Ready Steady Go
Propellerheads - Spybreak!
Fluke - Absurd (Whitewash Mix)
David Guetta - Open Your Eyes
The Prodigy - Breathe
Death From Above 1979 - Blood On Our Hands
The White Stripes - Blue Orchid
Queens Of The Stone Age - Little Sister

pretty short for now but Ill add on to it as my work out time increases.

I dont work out :/

But if I did I'd probably do it to some Danny Howells cause that bastard is good at making me move.

second sun - pop muzik
gabriel & dresden - mass repeat

does it really boost your workout when you have music playing esp. so much of this motivationable type of dance music lol.

If I'm going for a long distance run, I'll listen to some oldschool trance with only limited vocals and a steady driving beat to keep me on pace. Like platypus records or something. Thats the type of trance I enjoy the most anyways.

When I'm lifting though I find it impossible to listen to trance. Only the loudest and most badass American and British rock will do.

basically, + 1. Mixes without lots of ups & downs for cardio (doesn't really matter what kind...just whatever sort of stuff I'm really into at the moment); Rammstein, Opeth, & the harder Tool stuff for lifting.

EDIT: Forgot RATM & NIN.

used to lift to rammstein----very good choice.
but since now i only do pushups i listen to my breathing.

Posted by Clinkz913 on Jul-18-2006 17:48:

drum and bass for lifting =)

Yeah dance music is only really good for cardio, not weightlifting. For jogging I like epic trance. It's got long breakdowns for resting periods, and it's motivating.

Posted by DjArTiN! on Jul-18-2006 18:41:

1. Aluna - All Of My Life (Breeze & Styles Remix)
2. Billy Bunter ft. John Doe - Round & Round
3. Stunt - Raindrops (Dj Demand Remix)
4. Ferry Corsten - I Love You
5. Bennasi Bros. - I Love My Sex
6. Bennasi Bros. - Every Single Day
7. Miss Peppermint - Welcome To Tomorrow
8. Prodigy - Firestarter

But usually changes, usually i don't go with playlists, i just play what i feel like playing.

Posted by rustyryan on Jul-18-2006 19:48:

infected mushroom - cities of the future
underworld - cowgirl (live version on everything everything or hte bedrock mix)
fatboy slim - right here right now
the faint - glass danse
prodigy - anything
chemical brothers - most anything

Don't really work out lately except running, biking and walking and doing some lifting. But the best stuff to work out to is techno, like what Carl Cox plays. Definitely some Smith & Selway, like "Move" or "Do You Really Want Me".

Posted by cherrybarry on Jul-18-2006 23:00:

DJ Sammy - Heaven
DJ Encore - I See Right Through to You
Lagoona - Into My Dream
Ian van Dahl - Castles in the Sky
Ian Carey - I Watch You
Deepest Blue - Deepest Blue
Madonna - Hung Up
Eric Prydz - Call on Me

Posted by idoru on Jul-18-2006 23:09:

Any Hard Techno set.

Pulled it up:

1. A Perfect Circle - Crimes
2. Opeth - Bleak
3. Rammstein - Links 2-3-4
4. System of a Down - U-Fiq
5. System of a Down - Dreaming
6. Opeth - The Grand Conjuration
7. A Perfect Circle - Pet
8. Tool - Jambi
9. Tool - The Grudge
10. Rammstein - Sonne
10. Rammstein - Tier
11. Rammstein - Kuss Mich

I think my body's actually gotten to the point of being trained to kick up the adrenaline at exactly 32 bars into 'Bleak.'
