Hi,

Does anyone know if you can speed up vocals (without changing the pitch) - something like time compression / expansion - on FL 4.0. Or do you need a VST?

just slow the song itself down?

or strech the sample but that causes the pitch to go up

Didn't you get the life time free update when you bought FL 4? FL 6 has a lot of neat new options for slowing down and speeding up soundclips.
