I need to open a word file

We sent a an agreement document to a client of ours in Australia, and we needed him to sign it and send it back to us.

Now everything has come back fine apart from the final bit, which is in some format that i don't have a CLUE what it is.

Either way i need it in english.

Anyone want to have a go at sorting it out?

are you sure it's a good idea to post an agreement for public viewing? i'm sure the clients TOTALLY wouldn't mind...

Its fine, its just an agreement saying that we're allowed to sell their house (i'm an estate agent)

it's not a word document
it's a renamed .pdf

rename it back and there you have it

No, the owner of the house lives in Oz, but has a flat here. Very posh area of course
