What's this sample from?

I've found this sample and not sure if it's from a tune or something that someone has created. It's sounds quite Gatecrasher-ish, any ideas?

Unhelpfully I found it on my hard drive, I think it must have come in a sample pack I downloaded. No idea where from though.
