i search and did find a thread on this.
this is THE best film of the year. its too bad it was the last NJ movie by Kevin Smith.

great movie though... probably one of the best (and funniest) movies i've seen in the theater in a looong time.

funniest part though was when they were dancing on the roof and Rosario Dawson's character says "i'm pregnant" and then he drops her... the dude sitting behind us said kinda quietly "that takes care of that problem"

It's funny to me that you mention that Boomers, because I kind of thought the same thing (predictable), but I actually think that's one of the reasons I think it's somewhat brilliant, because although as you said the movie was insanely predictable, it kept me entertained and laughing the whole way through...

i loved the nods to silence of the lambs (jay's mangina and the use of goodbye, horses by q-lazzarus).

i thought it was a great film.. proved to me that kevin smith still has it in him.. cause let's face it.. jersey girl was beyond shit.

I thought the blonde haired chick looked like a man. I was waiting for the part in the movie where he finds out she is a transgender then dumps her for his boss. It didn't happen though. I cried. And ate a whole cake.
