i went the translators and all i get is
"last name three"
"surname three"

don't get it

is there something being lost in the translation?

its probably he's dad's second name. spanish speaking countries usually use this format for last names:
first last name of father, first last name of mother, second last name of father, etc...
of course no one uses the second last name of their father or mother in their name, but they usually now what it is.
