Ripping DVD's to DivX?

Need help getting the video i recorded from Obsession and some Interview's from my DVD to a file i can host (that isnt 1.97GB)

Any Software recommendations?

well, firstly, did you disbale your temperature alarm?

i dunno specifics coz i get friends to do it, but it should just be a simple process of copying the dvd image to your HD, using easydvdcopy or something, then finding a compression program. google it, easy

ok did some searching around because i want to convert some DVDs also.

here's a 2-step approach:

1. Rip the DVD using DVD decrypter
2. Convert ripped DVD (vob files) to AVI/DIVX/XVID using AutoGK
