rf converter is the name. They are about 15-20 bucks and have RF coax on one side and red white yellow (composite) on the other.

Yeah, just plug it in to the back of the tv where the antenna hooks up to.
get a cheap vcr. dvd to vcr, vcr coax to tv coax.
I had that issue solved back in HS.... sadly 9+ years ago
a sweet DVD player costs 80 bucks anyway...why not just drop 200 and get a sweet new TV

All you need is something called an RF modulator. They sell them at best buy.It is basically a small looking box with about 3 inputs: S-video,Composite(red,,white,yellow)and a coax input and then you have your coax output which goes staright to your tv.It is about $24.00 CND. Hope this helped.I work at the home theater at best buy so if you need more help let me know.
y not get a badass TV 2 go with ur DVD player. Thats what i did
new question. ok, i got the oldboy xvid, but none of the subtitles show up. I burned it alongside the .SRT file but the subtitles don't show. i enabled subtitles on the player, no luck.
is there a special burning method for files with subtitles. I looked in the directory on the DVD player and it shows both files with their respective logos.
is there a special burning method when it comes to files with indepedent subtitle files?
btw, the .SRT files has all the subtitles in them. Is there supposed to be any information on the movie files, much like the .CUE files have for their .BIN images?
