Can you make a banker's box?

Just wondering...b/c I've been trying to teach a woman how to make one for about 3 weeks now...and she still can't do it. I even told her there's instructions on the box! Her friend's 10 year old daughter can follow instructions better than she can.

P.S. If you don't know what a banker's box is...it's something along the lines of this...
