does anyone know a good FREE wav to mp3 encoder that doesn't have spyware or adware? I had to uninstall mine and I can't find another one.

Itunes does it I think...but I loathe Itunes and, thus, don't use it. Most mp3 players come with some software that'll do it.

correct, it is a playlist file. Open it up with notepad to see where the source of the actual files is.
