I
Can't
Wait

He is one of the few producers who has been hitting out bomb after bomb imo. I've got huge expectations for this album !

oh hell yeah

I'm expecting his minimal Poker Flat sound throughout and very little of his remix type sounds (Do What U Do, What Else Is There?, etc...) has anyone taken a listen yet?

Love that song Killer Kat...

Fuck yeah, its so massive. Absolutely destroyed the place when i heard it live. Even better when the DJ played Polar Shift a few mins later

Just had a quick go-over of the promo, and on first listen, I think that its very good.

The first cd contains mostly new stuff, and about 2/3rds is of a deep house variety, but with a touch of trentemoller glitchyness (think 'the forest').

'Take me into your skin' is absolute epic, just an awesome track. But don't expect a lot of dance floor killers from his new material, there's perhaps only a couple with that potential. Basically, cd2 contains these type of tracks, though most of them have already seen a release.

Anyways, cd1 should make out for some good home listening, while cd2 contains most of trentemoller's trademark dancefloor appeal.

Not impressed at all. I'm a huge fan of the minimal sound, but this does not satisfy my needs. Disk 2 is good, best track being Rykketid. Why wasn't Beta Boy included?

The album is not intended to be a continuation of what he has done thus far, but is a far more personal project. Granted it may not be everyone's cup of tea, but personally I think its a fucking great album.

as long as he ups his game big time from his last effort on poker flat then it should be fairly decent.

Whoa, nice. Can't wait to get it.

Cd1 is what most people would not expect from him, thats for sure. Very downtempo, even ambient at times. But its pretty good i must say, specially the first 2 tracks and the last 5 or so. Great stuff.

And what to say about cd2... it fucking pwnz
Only chameleon isnt THAT great and i never liked Physical Fraction as much as all his other stuff. But the rest is pure madness as the most probby already know from his vinyl releases anyway.

9/10

fo real. CD 1 owns. Such atmosphere, and fantastic ambient tracks. My favorites being Take Me Into Your Skin, Always Something Better, While the Cold Winter Waiting, and The Very Last Resort. The second cd doesn't get as much love simply because I'd heard many of the tracks before (and personally didn't think they were his best work). Based almost solely on the first cd I'd give this album an easy 7.5/10, but there were some decent ch00ns on disc two so:

8/10

You may as well just judge the album on the first disc, because the second is a limited edition bonus disc which is only available with the first initial copies that are coming out.
