okay guys.... i had to do it:

The 2006 Shameless Self Promotion Award

im getting sick of all the shameless self promoting that is occuring. Nothing wrong with tooting your own horn, but you can take it way too far. for instance, every 15 minutes on myspace i get a bulletin to "add my mix to your myspace page". no. Any nominations?

hey lance, totally with you. its the guys that do none of that who i am bagging on.

when dave shamelessly promotes he does usually take a jab at packer or ballistic or someone - which is totally cool. but in the true spirit of hate i never leave his self promotions unanswered. there will always be a "shut up dave" or "no one cares" from this side of the ring.
