Chakra - Love Shines Through (Martin Roth remix) (Armada)

It was played on ASOT 260. What a nice remix!!! It really makes me want to jump up and down.

I like it. It has a nice speed to it and the vocals are very well done. Also there are no crazy build ups for a change. I have a feeling this will be played alot.

Very weak production from Martin Roth IMO. Usually he makes a lot better remixes.

have you heard the original though? i think its much better, and compared to the original, this doesnt do it any justice. just my opinion but there is a way to take a trance song and make it into a good progressive one and it wasnt done here.

Yes i think everyone has heard the original. I dont think this was made into a progressive track. I dont think think its progressive at all.

the above statement is false.

D&S and this mix do absolutely nothing for it, very poor remixes given the artists involved

Why are they? Because Armada made a deal with the Space Brothers to rape and remix about 7 or 8 different tracks of theirs for release over the coming months. There's news about it on the front page of the Armada website. Cant say I'm looking forward to it. Some of the tracks were great back then but should be left alone, and some of them were just plain shit the first time they were released!

The Original was an anthem in 1999, so I was expecting an anthem-like strong remixes for this track.

Danjo & Styles is pretty good actually, reminds me the original,, but not better than the original.

Well,, I like Martin Roth productions/remixes but his remix is worst of all for me. Remember remixes of "Catch", "Second Day", "Carry Me". Nothing similar, I'm very dissapointed with his work.

Why have all nice tunes from the past need horrible new mixes. This was such a big tune in 1999. Fantastic Space Bros production.

the original was one of my favourite tunes when i just got into trance, but this remix is horrific! it certainly can do with some more honour then this, ...

The last Roth tune I really got into was his remix of Keane, and I guess his remix of that Thrillseekers tune was alright. Either way he's maintained the same bassline throughout.

martin roth - shockwaves (technopunk mix) = best bassline evar
