Sad I gave in

Here's the CORe version of it:

  1. My walkman started to act up whenever I listened to my beloved cassette tapes.
  2. My car's cassette player now doesn't want to give me my bloody tapes back.
  3. Because I've got lots of audio material I need, I gave in and bought a Korean mp3 player.

Good bye, dear walkman, I've had your company for 10 years, but I feel it's time to let you go

Damn you! Our forces are weakening. I'm staying away from MP3 players as hard as I can... but if even Lira was tempted enough, I'm afraid I won't last much longer.

Sorry to disapoint you, Yan. But be strong, don't give up

Might be one of those iPod knockoffs, though. There are quite a few companies under fire right now for just about copying the designs of Apple's MP3 players, most of them Korean.

Still rocking the discman.

Id trust a knockoff more than the original after my experience with them.

My mp3 player doesn't look like an iPod, don't worry. It's made by Samsung, actually, but it's a cheaper version very popular in Brazil:

Here it is, in all it's "Orange Coolness":

If I was going to fill the "lecture" void in my meal planner then I'd fill it with Joseph Campbell for the Micro or Allan Watts for the Macro

OMG, there's an option to speed the music up!

Isn't technology wonderful? I can finally have Oasis play punk rock
