this thread reminds me of this legless guy i used to see ride the subway in the bronx; we was on a skateboard and moved around on sheer arm power. one day these kids stepped on the back of the board and though he didn't fly up, he did keel over. he almost grabbed one of the kids' legs but they ran away...
