I was wondering if someone could recommend some prominent New York (or equivalent US area) publications for parties. Anything you could think of would be great. Something to the equivalent of Canadas Tribe (if you know anything about it, it's a large newspaper style party magazine).

in NY there are a few free mags like 411http://www.411nightlifeonline.com
that are like village voice can be picked up around restuarants and bars and on streets
