If they sign the same kind of DJ's like this year, I don't think it will be a succes.
This year it was more house than Trance.
The only Trance DJ they signed was Ferry.
Tiesto was a surprise act.

Maybe some great Trance DJ's from the US.

And than hopefully they will start a Sensation Black World Tour

I know 1 person who would love that.

ORLY?

No!!!

I know that Luna had a tour in the US that was succesfull.
Dana had a succesfull tour.

Maybe buddy in a few years.

Let's see how we can introduce it to the US.
Hmmmmmmm........

Starting a radio station with Trance and stuff during the day.
And than in the evening MF HARDSTYLE!!!!!!!!

Sounds interesting. But lets wait and see if it actually happens and more importantly if they improve their lineup to include enough trance to make it worth a trip up north. As Ouwe Dwaas pointed out, the sensation white lineup earlier this year was lacking to say the least.

Lacking is not strong enough a word.

Uh, no. That lame ass fucking tripe is the reason why Sensation White was a washout. (PUN INTENDED) It would have been MORE of a washout if Rob Gee were there. CAN YOU FEEL THE BEAT!!?!?

Yoji is too hard for White.
So Sensation Black has to go on World Tour too.

Luna, Yoji, Dana, The Prophet, Technoboy and more to start with

Replace "This year" with 2004, 2005 and it holds true for all. Sensation is simply following the popularity of house music and capitalising on it.

Soooo wished I had gone in 2002-2003 though (i went in 2004)! Those lineups were killer.

Anybody seen "God Is My DJ The Story Of Sensation"? Interesting how eventually they realised how important it is to listen to feedback from people in the local scene (Germany in the video) before deciding upon a lineup. If they don't, then they risk major financial loss.

This year you had just 1 Trance DJ.
The previous editions you had more Trance DJs.
Last year you had Armin & Marco V, they aren't house DJ's.

But yes 2002 and 2003 were really more Trance.
I visit the 2000, 2001 & 2002 editions.

God is A DJ is a nice movie to see how everything is working with the whole organisation of such a big event like Sensation.
But I think Mysteryland, is also an event from ID&T, needs more organisation than Sensation.
15 Stages!!! more than 70 DJs

And eventhough it's the oldest Dance Festival in Holland, still they have to organise it well, otherwise ID&T will close.

Trance Energy, Mysteryland, Thunderdome & Sensation are the most important events of ID&T.
If 2 of them fails, that would be a disaster for them.

Definetly, ALTHOUGH!! last time I saw him in Conference he was playing 80% minimal, which I like.. but Id rather see him do the Techno that he does best

IMO listening to minimal for any extended period of time (over 20 minutes) is about as exciting as watching paint dry. On the other hand a hard upbeat techno set from Picotto is priceless, and would fit right in at Sensation Black. Anyone who was @ Space for Meganite WMC 2005 and heard Liebing and Picotto's sets knows what I mean.
