so i just got my new mixer in yesterday to complete mt new set up. i just replaced my djm-500 with a new xone-92. i got to play with it for about an hour yesterday and i really like like it. it has the best sound i have heard yet and the filters are sick. the only dis like i have are the channel faders. mine feel loose there is not any reistance. the faders on the pioneer have restiance. is this normal for the fader on the xone to not have any restiance. but other than that i love this thing
#1 complaint for me about Xone 92 are the faders. They are VERY loose, which in some cases can come in handy, but is more an annoyance than anything.
While I'd rather have a rotary than a linear, if I had a linear 92, I'd love it if it came with the Xone 62's up faders.
For the record, I LOVE the upfaders on the Xone:92. I dislike mixing on almost anything else. I upgraded from a DJM-600, so, for you, it's only a matter of time. I spin House, Techno, and Breaks, though, so I like throwing the faders up, and using minor trickery.
