Help!.... fruityloops issue

I'm trying to render a sample of a track. When I go to render it, the file just ends up being completely empty (the properties reads it as 0kb). anyone with a similar problem?? any solution??

if you want to just render a channel:
1) select the option to play only channel (located somewhere below the timer)
2) select the one you wanna render in the playlist
3) render

if you want to render a whole track
1) select option to play track
2) render
