Yes, ReFX: Nexus, www.refx.net. It looks like a banging ROMpler

I heard the people who make superwave are supposed to come out with a korg ms 2000 emulation

I just went and looked up what a rompler is. ROM standing for the fact that it can only use its read only memory.
But, because this is a digital vst can it load in other samples besids those built in?
A rompler is almost like a sampler but without the ability to sample right? Like a synth but you have a bunch of samples besids basic waveforms?
Could someone basicaly explain or if its more complicated, start a ROMpler thread.

shitty casios in music store = romplers.

korg triton is a popular decent one. emu makes some too.

Atmosphere is a ROMpler. You surely know that one.

vst

Hey isn't Ambin making a Virus Ti emulation with Reaktor? That looks fucking banging good.

Don't know how long you've been out of the loop or if you've heard of these. There's one called Rapture, it's made by Cakewalk. It's specifically made for EDM. I checked the demo out. I don't think I would find it very usefull, but might buy it anyways. It seems more of a toy for sound programmers. It's not easy to tweak.

There's Battery too, for percussion.
