Can any one help !!!

I had this 30 gig Video ipod for about 2 months . It died on me after pvd so today I connected it to charge and the screen is Frozen like it says " Do Not Disconnect " The screen dosn't light up nothing . When I plug it in to charge nothing happens , does anybody know what I can do ???? I searched sites for help and nothing . grr

have you tried reseting your ipod? mine flipped out a while ago and randomly stopped working and that worked.

how to reset: put your ipod on hold -> switch it back -> press the menu and center button at the same time until the apple sign appears on the screen -> your ipod "should" work

OMG BRO ! THANK YOU SOOOOOOOOOOO MUCH it WORKS , on some other site they told me to flip the switch on hold and back none stop while pressing menu and the center button , It didnt work so i thought my ipod was done , dam thanks again now im gonna be able to fall asleep , I just got this shit and worked my ass off to get it .

i have my sony nw hd3 for over 2 years now and it still can go 3 days without charging and hasn't broke once. What a scam ipod is...scam i say

I've had my Ipod for 20 months and while I only listen to it on my commute (say 1 hour/day), I get through the whole week on one charge.

My parents took barosoap's old one, I think a G3, when I got her a new one for Christmas and it still works fine, too.

still hate to have that mysterious "is it gonna break" feeling or that its ok i bought a warranty behind any product means its pure shit. real talk if the product is proper you won't experience either of the two so suggesting yours lasted 20 months as if it were some sort of accomplishment speaks for the product life cycle(or expectancy for that matter) in itself.

not to be a total pessimist but they will all break at some point OR you'll just want a new mp3 player. also, whether something breaks has a lot to do with how you take care of it. i use my ipod for ~3hrs a day so if it dies after a year that'll suck but at least i got my money's worth.

i love my ipod, and it endures a lot from me. i've fallen with it on...twice. i know i'm clumsy. it has scratches all over it and the dial got dented in a bit, but it runs ok. wish the battery lasted longer. nowadays it can handle maybe eight to ten hours of continuous playing before losing charge. when it was new, i took it on an 30 hour train ride and it lasted the whole trip.

i'm such a geek about my ipod. we are literally attached at the hip. i took their free offer and had it engraved. maybe there are better mp3 players out there, but i love my ipod, iggy.
