Ballroom Remember Me, Criss Source Hugs n' Kisses...

Hey guys, quick question:

What's the story behind "Ballroom / Remember Me" and "Criss Source / Hugs n' Kisses"?

Two very similar tracks there?

Theft?
Bootlegs?
Rework?

Awesome tracks though, love 'em.

The reason they sound similar is because Criss Source has worked with Marc O' Tool on numerous occasions. If I remember correctly, Criss is credited as co-producer on many of the early Ballroom tracks, I'm sure Grimmy can help me out here..

Don't be so sure... but yeah that's right, they have been working alot together but "officially" only under Chrome and Motorcraft guises and Criss has had his influence and additional touch on many of the Ballroom tracks even if the Ballroom project is set to look like more of Marc O'Tool's solo project; if you look at the sleeve credits you'll notice Criss doesn't seem to be mentioned in too many, if any, of them.

As for the real story why are the two tracks so similar, to be honest i have no idea. I know someone knows but this time that isn't me, i'm only guessing here. Maybe Marco O'Tool was playing around with Hugs 'n' Kisses in the studio and then wanted to give his own touch at it as Remember Me came out almost a year later than Hugs 'n' Kisses?

.After all, i'm only human so i can't know absolutely everything. I think..
