New Track: Acute - Risk

Hi everyone!

Been a long time I know. I recently had a bit of an accident and I have a lot of free time on my hands now being off work so I made this to release the pressure

not the biggest trance head, but still really like this one. it's definitely got a lot of old school quality to it...very groovy and nice synth work. pretty impressive stuff...

First of all, indeed get better soon!

Your tune is fat energywise. What I like most about your tunes is the soundquality. The mastering and mixdown are superb. The bass just pulsates in this. Also your percs are nice in this one and the choice of sounds is also great.

I am not really into the proggy stuff though. This sounds like something Digweed would play for sure. The lack of a realy nice engaging melody however makes the track less intresting for me.

Surely a proglabel will dig this track and I bet we will hear this spun by some great dj;s. Good luck with it!

Hey man

Excellent bass and drive in this, can't help thinking that it could do with just a touch more low end, that's judging just by my shitty speakers.

I love the dirty growl sound too.

I think the breakdown could do with a few more sounds, perhaps a more prominent pad to fill it out.

After the break, it's really driving stuff again man. I like this kind of driving dance music, would be great in a club.

banging stuff, great kick and percussion. I like the pad effects along with the white nnoise, reverse and chord stabs are always a great thing. the resonant sounds in the background are cool and techy, the track buildup is great.

not too sure about real strings in here, but thats just personal preference. Im sure you can have something in the breakdown to set the track off further, not too sure what but somehting haha.
