anywayz narcism,

it has been brought to my attention that you have allegedly been abusing your mod status by banning people from the forums, without so much as a warning or an explanation. as a mod you are obliged to notify the banned user for reasons they are now banned, so they have the opportunity to rectify their behaviour in the future. to my knowledge this has not been done.

we didnt elect you so you could use your status to settle immature personal vendettas. as the self-appointed chairman of the auTA workers party, i respectfully request you either explain yourself or cut your shit out. or perhaps, you should apply these (thus far un-tabled) standards to each and every auTA so we all get equal treatment and can understand exactly what you see as permissable behaviour.

if i have managed to get the wrong end of the stick, then i apologise in advance.

everyone else, if you dont hear from me in a while you'll know the reasons why

I am also very interested in finding out why the aforementioned user was banned. Of course we cannot say for certain if Narcism was the moderator who banned this person, but when this User can access every other forum on Tranceaddict except for the Australia forums it makes it rather obvious.

As has already been stated, moderators are obliged to notify a banned user for the reason why their access privilidges were stripped. When this does not happen a thread like this is needed to establish the cause of the ban before third parties are left with no other option but to resort to coming to their own conclusions; obvious conclusions to the reason behind the ban include Narcisms obvious dislike and personal vendetta against this User which are evident in many of the moderators posts. Having viewed all of the aforementioned Users posts in the last few weeks and finding nothing of notoriety I am left with no other option but to come to this very conclusion.

If Narcism, you or any other moderator had just cause to ban the said User then i believe it only fair that you strip me of my rights to access the Australia forums also. As everyone here would agree my posts are much more abusive than anything the banned user has ever written and I believe I should be dealt with appropriately.

This will prove to everyone that it is not a personal vendetta against a User you most obviously dislike but new strict rules with regards to abuse and flaming in which i have been grossly breaking.

If the banned one is missing au.ta so much why don't they sign up with a witty new username like everyone else who was banned does, then start a thread called "why was i banned?!!" to vent their disgust

not taking any sides here because I don't know the chain of events but re: mod's responsibility to notify the user before placing a ban I don't see that written in the FAQ. Is there a thread of moderator rules somewhere?

it's common courtesy but i'm sure the mod has valid reasons and probably provided several warnings in the past before just banning the user.

Missym has had her access restricted due to posting irrelevant images in certain threads, i had many people pm me about this and she has been given several warnings over the months about this.
