Something strange I just found out

According to Wikipedia, Sian Evans is the singer of Kosheen. See here:

Also, according to Wikipedia, Sian Evans will turn 17 in about a week (date of birth is August 31, 1989). See here:

Now, the question is... How is that possible?
Their album Resist came out in 2001 and back then she was 11-12 years old.
I can't believe she looks and sounds so much older.
Is the information on Wikipedia wrong or what?

Most likely the creator of that specific wiki page has mixed up 2 different Sian Evans' here as there are several artists/singers by that name.

Sian in Kosheen was born in 1973 in South Wales so she's 33 now and she has a child but a boy, named Yves and not a girl like falsely noted there.

Anyway, thanks for clearing that up.
It really was suspicious, no way in hell one could sound and look 10-15 years older at that age.

That is my blessing or curse to know and remember some rather odd facts and details about stuff no one else does.

And most often when i find some EDM related info which interests me even a bit i tend to remember it after seeing it that one time.

Who knows. My memory is more on the selective side, subject sensitive i'd say because certain things i can remember very easily without much effort and some other things, hardly at all even if i'd try.
