Okay, first things first:
You really really need to get some new drum samples. The ones you have here now sound really outdated and vintage. The beat is also so boomy it takes focus away from everything else.
Is that melody even in key? It seems to go all over the place and doesn't fit with the rest of the track.
I'm sorry if this sounds harsh but I couldn't even listen to this all the way through. The only thing I'd keep about this would be the background pads (or whatever they are), the rest needs a complete rehaul. And that synth... well, it really needs to go.

I like the start with the filtering..., and in this case I like the booming kick.
Not sure about the sort of 'squiggly' synth (sorry for that choice of word
), but it's interesting anyway.
Overall I found it sort of relaxing, almost like backing music, but I do agree with mystery in that the percs could be improved a little.
